them based on facilities and rooms on campus. Options A & B
represent full attendance and include all meals and accommodation.
Options C, D and E represent day rates without accommodation and
can be combined as appropriate.
Option A: full conference attendance (Friday: afternoon tea, dinner,
room; Saturday: breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea).
The room is standard (i.e. not en-suite).
Option B: full conference attendance (Friday: afternoon tea,
dinner, room; Saturday: breakfast, morning coffee, lunch,
afternoon tea). The room will have en-suite facilities. Please
note that en-suite rooms are limited and will be allocated on a
'first-come-first-served' basis.
Option C: attendance at the conference on Saturday 31st only;
includes morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea.
Option D: attendance at the conference on Friday 30th only;
includes afternoon tea.
Day attenders may also wish to add the evening meal on Friday
30th (Option E) to their package.
Anyone wishing to arrange accommodation or meals in a way which
does not correspond to one of the above packages (e.g. accommodation
for the night of Saturday 31st) should contact the organisers.
There is a variety of catering outlets on campus available to
those requiring lunch on Friday 30th.
